What is the shelf life of your tea leaves and snacks?
Our tea leaves typically have a shelf life of 12 months, while our snacks range from 4 to 6 months. Please check the 'Best Before' date printed on the individual packaging for specific details.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
We usually process orders within 24 hours. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for other locations across India.
Do you offer free shipping on orders?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee is applied at checkout.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
Due to the perishable nature of food items, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our support within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Are your products available for international shipping?
Currently, Chaayos Bazaar only ships within India. We are working hard to bring our authentic chai experience to international customers very soon.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
